Professor Raymond Parrett
Professor Parrett started out as Raymond Parrett, an undersized 14 year old boy who almost got beat up in the high school gym locker room. Narrowly escaping a beating (thanks to a teacher) Raymond decided that self defense might be the best defense. 1985, he enrolled in a local karate school under Master Larry Mangone. In 1992, Raymond began studying Kempo karate under Professor Myles Durkin. Two years later, Mr Parrett was accepted onto the Brockton, Ma. Police department and entered their police academy. During his 22 years as an officer, Mr Parrett has worked as a patrolman, community police officer assigned to a housing complex, and a resource officer teaching 4th, 7th, and 8th grade classes. Currently, Mr Parrett is assigned to the middle schools as their resource officer
Professor Parrett holds an 8th Dan in Kempo Karate.
Professor Parrett also holds Purple Belt in BJJ under Andre "Dedeco" Almeida.
